You will appreciate the proximity of the cottage to the beach, its small garden, the private interior courtyard and the views offered on the sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
Single-storey gîte (access after a few steps): - Entrance leading to living room/lounge on the seafront, - Fully equipped semi-open kitchen (stove with oven and induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, table-top fridge with freezer, etc.), - Bathroom with shower, - Double bedroom with 140x190cm bed with sea view, - Double bedroom with 140x190cm bed overlooking the interior courtyard. Outside: small garden in front of the gîte and interior courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking nearby possibility 3 cars. Pushers loaned to fish for shrimp on request. Complete baby equipment. Common laundry room with washing machine and spare fridge with freezer.
