Program:
- 9:30am: Introduction to the day with a snack of hot drinks, fruit juices and pastries.
- 10am: gentle muscular awakening with Léa (yoga teacher). If the sun is shining, we'll have the pleasure of holding the class outside.
- 11:15am: Massage workshop. Dressed and on the floor, in pairs or alone.

- 12:30 pm: Lunch break at "La Réserve" restaurant. Detox cocktails and healthy cuisine for a convivial, gourmet moment.
- 2pm: Sonotherapy: Lulled by the magical sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and the gong, let Clémence guide you through a truly relaxing experience.
- 3:30 pm: Lecture by Adeline, a qualified Gestalt therapist, on the theme of "rediscovering inner balance".
