On the first floor you'll find the dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and the lounge opening onto the terrace. Next door you'll find a separate toilet and the stairs to the 1st floor.

On the 1st floor is the bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed and a large dressing room, and the 2nd bedroom with another 160cm bed.

A cot and high chair are available for small children.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential. You can reach the city center on foot or by car in 5 minutes.

At the junction of the Baie de Somme and Normandy. Discover the ponds, the royal town of Eu and its heritage, as well as the beaches of Mers-les-Bains and Le Tréport, just 10 minutes away by car.

The Chemin Vert is less than 5 minutes' walk from the house, as is the Chemin entre Terre et Verre, where you can enjoy numerous nature walks and bike rides.
