The tribe of homnimals transports you to the land of fables. By turns storytellers and characters, they blur the lines as they go: "Don't be surprised if the wolf plays the lamb or the goat the cicada...".
On a modular set, the artists build and deconstruct the space as the scenes unfold. From the subway to the Amaz warehouses... by way of a boatload of migrants... your imagination will be put to the test.

Lovers of words will embark immediately on the unique aesthetic of homnimaux? Imagine half-human, half-animal creatures talking about you, about us, about our foibles, our strengths, our weaknesses, our joys, our sorrows? Do you immediately think of La Fontaine?
You'll hear updated fables, adapted to our times, as La Fontaine did in his day, and we'll take a critical look at our contemporaries. Like the cicada forced to migrate, to flee her country where expression has no freedom. How will the ants of other lands welcome her? Will this lion, full of fine words, share his land and keep his word? Or will the dog be happy to find his bowl always full, without worrying about being chained up all day? And the donkey who refused to help his neighbor and will pay dearly for closing his eyes? And so many others? "Depending on whether you are powerful or wretched, court judgments will make you white or black". Through their stories, the homnimals question power, freedom, immigration, sharing? and many other topical issues.
