Ault and jazz, a love story, a story of dreams?
The music of pianist, composer and arranger Florian Verdier eludes all labels: between jazz, classical music and pop, he embraces the blending of genres and the adventure of sound.
At his side are two seasoned accomplices: Marc Davidovits on bass and Christophe Gratien on drums, a rhythmic tandem equally at home in rock and jazz. Three musicians from the Hauts de France region, with an open-minded, mixed jazz style.
At the heart of the project is the Rêves d?enfants cycle, a series of pieces composed by Florian Verdier.
Originally written for solo piano, these pieces have been specially rearranged for the trio, offering a new space for improvisation and changing colors.
Like our dreams, unpredictable and open to all possibilities, the trio takes us in turn into space, into a labyrinth or towards other unsuspected lands.
It's a musical dialogue between the worlds of dreams, the unpredictable, reality and illusion, a sumptuous jazz interlude that awaits you on the Prévert stage?
