Sophrologie - Yoga - Méditation

Certified practitioner Patricia Soufflet will be offering a new "return to oneself" session featuring yoga? sophrology and meditation.
Theme: "Christmas gong meditation", a session offered by the Municipality, to be held between books and a sacred art exhibition, ending with a Christmas herbal tea snack.
Please bring a small floor mat, a cushion and a towel.
