Patricia Soufflet, certified practitioner, will be offering a new "back to oneself" session with yoga? sophrology and meditation.
Theme: "La femme sacrée" (The Sacred Woman), a session brought to you by the Municipality and held between books and an exhibition of sacred art!
Participants are kindly requested to bring a small floor mat, a cushion and a towel.
